We love this house!

This is a newly-built, 1-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, home with lots of glass and spectacular views in all directions. The house is comfortably heated with in-floor radiant heat, as well as a modern gas fireplace in the living room. Additionally, in the master bath is a two-person sauna for winter nights. In summer, there are mini split heating and cooling. Outside is a large, covered, west-facing patio with a Weber propane BBQ, and outdoor seating. The master king bedroom has a 3/4 en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom is a queen room, with a separate outdoor entrance. (the owner uses this room, partly, as a work space). That door exits to a walkway that connects to the separate garage, with an attached study/exercise room. (the other owner uses THIS room as an office.) Internet is reliable.

The home stands alone in a large, bitter brush rolling field off Wolf Creek Road. It is located adjacent to the community ski trail, and is about 5 miles west of Winthrop.

The photos are worth looking at and they will speak for themselves. It is a nice house. Pets are allowed by permission of the owners. Though the house is not ADA compliant, it would be relativily easy for wheelchair access.
